Did you get success with rss submit?

Hi guys,

I used 2tools, rss submit and seo link robt, to submit rss feed, softwares told me rss successfully submit, but actually my site isn't listed at any rss sites. My sites are okay, nice looking and rich content, pr3.
Is the problem with the software of what?
