What Percentage of stuff being sold online...

is IM stuff? It seems like a high percentage of people on these forums are selling some sort of IM product.
I'd like to think that IM sales are only a pittance of what we can sell online because after awhile, I almost look at IM marketing to other IM wannabees as like the envelope stuffing ploys that went on when I was a kid.
Any comments? I want my SEO and PPC to be targeted to other niches if for no other reason than that there are too many IM'ers with much more experience than I...

    In reality - a very small amount of online sales is for "make money" products. You see it here because this is a marketing - and make money - forum.

    That said, many here are also working in niches that have nothing to do with the make-money-online-let-me-tell-you-how niche .

      Unfortunately... (depending how you look at it) I think this is so true today. Your product can be crap but if your marketing is good you can outsell good products everyday of the week.

        People love to buy information. Magic bullets go up for sale daily here and thousands of venues like this. The money makers convert that information to action, and focus. Many people just keep looking for the magic bullet, and it never happens for them.
