Adwords ads getting disapproaved

What can be the reason for getting my ad disapproved?
My account is new, I see other sites using the same words mine are not getting accepted for.
I tried reducing to the simplest form of words still not working.
I wonder when I want to spend the dime, then also it doesnt work!! funny.

You may need to provide some more detail buddy the information is still to open to make a call.

In the ad where it is disapproved, hover your mouse over the bubbles on the right side, this should give a clearer indication as to the exact violation, once you have that we may then better advise on how to correct it for you.
