Outsourcing My Link Building-Recommendations Please

I am looking to outsource my link building. I have a few sites that I need this for and just don't have the time to do it. They are local keywords so I don't need a ton of links, probably 30-50 a month would do, PR4 and higher. I want to outsource it by using a different provider for each one and see which one I like best, or possibly keep all 3.
It would be nice to find someone who does a variety instead of just blog commenting and profile links to test out if that way is more effective. Since I have 3 sites, I would like to test different strategies to see if one is more effective than another, especially the Domain PR vs Page PR argument.
Anyway, I have hired one but I am looking for 2 others to try out. There are a lot of choices. I am thinking of trying Odesk but not sure what I will get. Just wanted to know if anyone had good experience with any particular link building provider or person on Odesk. Need to keep it around $50 to no more than $75 per month.
