Some of the most powerful backlinks!-for lazy people

I use quite a lot of backlinking strategies for my websites and I tend to vary my strategies quite a bit.

I must say that it is impossible to say that a certain backlinks is the most powerful. Well, that's not entirely true...if you had an anchored text backlinks on the homepage of www.google.com that would be probably the best backlink you could get...However, this is not possible, so let's think of what is possible.

I have found 2 types of backlinks to be the most useful:
1. blog commenting
2. forum signatures

Why? Because you can find high PR pages on on forums and blogs. I usually do not care about do-follow or no-follow. I have found that it doesn't really matter. After all Google still knows that a site has linked to yours. I guess this is topic that many people can disagree on....but this is what I found, thorough testing.

1.Blog commenting- i tend not to link straight to my website with this method. I create for eg a squidoo lens and then point my blog links to that. On the squidoo lens, I have an achored text link going to my money site. I tend to find many high pr pages on blogs, so this is the main reason I find blog links very useful. I do not link them straight to my site because some of the blogs you comment on might get spammed a lot...which leads to another long explanation....long story cut short, google doesn't like it

2. Forum signatures- I find this to be one of the best ways to create backlinks as you can find high pr pages where you can leave a valuable"reply". If you don't agree with me, then have a look at what Terry Kyle did. He ranked very high for a very competitive keyword just by using forum signatures.

Harder to get backlinks which are the best: Anchored link in the first 5 words on the home page of a high pr site. (little outbound links as well).

Please feel free to give suggestions of which backlinks are the best (in your opinion)!

I hope this helps!

What is your take on the most powerful backlinks?

From what I understand, mince001 explained his powerful backlinking technique not the backlinking resources.

Some experts like John will never tell u anything but really expert to Cristie u. John has commented on my few threads but till now I never get anything to learn from his comments without watching some criticism to me or other replies.

Mr. John if u have a broad mind to share with newbies like me(I am the illiterate, really illiterate. I dont know anything that everyone knows here at WF. But when I will be able to learn I will share with all. Promised.) then share. But dont criticize for small knowledge.

I dont want to be harsh to anybody but sometime I feel really annoyed when I see somebody is thinking he/she knows everything and start criticizing without showing the way.

        ???

When I "criticize," I'm usually pointing out the seemingly forgotten fact that this forum has a search feature and doesn't need hundreds of identical threads with different OP's to clutter it up, and that the OP would most likely get a better, more accurate, more thorough answer from searching and finding topics that have previously been discussed ad nauseam about their particular question, or simply by searching in Google, instead of starting a new thread on an old subject.

Don't really know what that first sentence means, but I just checked and I can't seem to find a single thread of yours that I have ever even posted on...

lol, exactly. This is why 99% of the people on this forum don't ever know what they're doing because they read posts like this.

      Forum profiles = PR0
Blog commenting = Low PR usually, High OBL

I did not say forum profiles. I know literally hundreds of blogs that have high pr pages with low-med outbound links.

John, as far as I recall you are actually saying in one of your threads that people like Terry have used only forum signatures to rank high...so how can you say that they are not of a good quality.
As far as contextuals backlinks go, Google does not value them as much as they did in the past, as people started buying them.

I just wanted to share some types of backlinks that have worked well for me.

Oh really, and where did you find that information, from another post of warrior forum?

The only information I would ever trust from this forum would be John, Yukon, and Paul. Along with a few others that I can't remember off the top of my head.

Lol. I do not think you should mock terry kyle.He is one of the best when it comes to SEO. He ranks high for very competitive keywords.

Just research how much he gets paid for an seo consultation, and then you will see that he's good.

I never said that forum profile links "not of a good quality." I simply meant they're not as good as a contextual homepage link. Every link is a good link. Read my free PDF on backlinking.

Mince that used to be the case. Terry no longer ranks high for his most known serp - backlinks.

His forum ranks last time I looked on bought links (or in his case domains) but I don't know what happened since the forum got hit with a PR zero and dropped a few notches.

I think what he means instead of saying the most powerful, is the easiest for those who are relatively lazy.

Write content stuffed with keywords, mix in Adsense, get a few links from forums/blogs and you're rich! LOL!

Anything that involves real work, most will give up on in a day or so.

What you have specified is really not what I think. That is completely the wrong way to make an income from websites.

Couldn't note the sarcasm in my post?

I know it's the wrong way, but it's the perception that has been created unfortunately.

There are much better ways to make money online.

I do understand the intent of your original post as this is the easiest way to get links. I am just one of those who don't see those as being the only way. There are ways to get great links if you put the effort into it.

      DITTO!

To the OP: You said you create squidoo pages. Use Squidoo, HubPages, RitePad for backlinks to your main pages or blog.
