I have some sites where I constantly get spam on my classified and forum sites from a so called SEO expert advertising his services. Would you hire someone that?

    LOL,

    That is pretty funny.

However, I would not hire someone like that simply because it is already easy to tell how your links would be built.

I wonder if you can actually sue people like that if they build links to your sites using mass forum spam which gets your money maker penalized...

Probably will never find them to sue them lol.

    No Scott, I wouldn't.

I wouldn't do any form of business with anyone who spams.

And true SEO experts don't need to spam.

There's a difference between SEO experts and link builders. That person is just a link builder.

That person is a just a spammer.

Unfortunately, there are many cargoed-on threads about spamming forums
        and how great it is.

UMMM...on this board there are very few that distinguish spamming from SEO. In fact all you have to do according to most here is buy scrapebox and senukex and thats it you are now a qualified SEO expert.

BTW, Senukex and scrapebox is still spam for those that think otherways, you should probably reconsider and have another think...

Automation tools are tools. Nothing more. It's how you choose to use them that determines if the USER is a spammer. A tool is an automated way to perform an action. If you use that action to perform spamming, then you as the user are the spammer.

Just because a person learns how to use a tool, any tool, to spam, doesn't make the tool a spam tool. It can be used for positive tasks that are not spamming. Would you consider the Google Keyword Tool a spam tool because you can pull out 800 keywords automatically and keyword-stuff a webpage?

Not arguing at all that spammers use these tools in their "trade". Just that blanket categorizing any tool as a spam tool without considering the user intent is a little harsh to me.

Nah, I mean its true a good deal of the time but tools themselves can be spam oriented. I mean theres no use in claiming that a bazooka is just how you use it. The thing was created to blow things up in a war scenario. period.

When you buy SenukeX or Xrummer its DESIGNED to place hundreds and thousands of links on sites, break their captcha and run over them. Period

I agree a SEO expert wouldn't spam someone over and over. Maybe one proper Ad to promote the business and thats it!

Owners need to check into how SEO experts they want to work with build their links.
