Examples for best Adsense Ad placement??

Has anyone come to one of the best adsense ads placement while surfing on web?

I'm looking for a good adsense theme. I heard CTR and ClickBump and good themes for adsense but these are premium themes.
Flexibility on the other hand offers free theme (in exchange of links placement on site).

I've tried my hands in Flexibility3 and the output are pretty great. Some of my WF friends however mentioned that Bluesense, Prosense and Monosense are also great and all together free themes.

I was wondering if I can do some tweaking with the F3 and all the Sense themes to get the desired output as of CTR and ClickBump?

Is it possible to do tweaking in sense themes apart from their normal format? Has anyone done anything like this?

    The best tips I can give you is that try changing your ads placement.....test different channels until you find the right one for you...trust me it works gr8
