Adsense Ads On Privacy Policy, Contact Us etc.

Hi Everyone
Will my Adsense account get banned if there are Ads on privacy policy, contact us etc, as my theme wont allow me to separate these pages and the plugins that will do this dont allow my current format.
Some peopl say yes others say there is nothing in the Adsense TOS that says you cant as long as there is some content on those pages.
Any advice appreciated.
