Do simultaneous submissions like article submission, directory submission, rss submission, blog submission, social bookmakring, profile link building, forum posting, linkwheel. It will take months to rank a website using a white hat SEO. Efforts are real armor.

Depend on many enements, keyword, domain age, backlinks, competitors, etc. If you are promoting a high competitive keyword, 21 days' work won't be enough, keep working and be patient. Good luck!

It is not an easy task to get your site rank high in a short period of time, unless your targeted keyword has low competition. SEO requires long-term process to be maintained in search engine rankings.

It's just a normal thing that you got only a ranking of 300+ as it was just so recent. After all, you can't just magically get into the first page of Google.

Stressing about your site is not a good start.

If you have done your keyword research, then you would not need to worry because you've proven that it will work due to the confirmed searches.

Using the right keyword density, LSI keywords, and related synonyms, you should not have to worry about moving up in ranking. As long as you have a strategic structure to your site, organic searches alone should push you up in PR.

There are a lot of other issues that could be addressed, but not knowing your niche, search volume etc., my response can only be general.
