HELP! First page of Google with no sales and very little traffic..

I am on the first page of Google for: Natural anti aging, Natural Skin care and Miracle lift already. What I need is more traffic and more sales. Any suggestions?

    the first thing i would recommend is changing your sites title as it repeats, if you notice in the results for "natural anti aging" your site title is the only one without that description.

    Try something like :

    Natural Anti Aging | The Skin Society

    Your more likely to get clicks that way.

    Target some more keywords and make sure that the keywords you have chosen are competitive,build backlinks and get rank for them and this will hep you to get some more traffic and sales.

    The keyword you are targeting only gets 720 searches a month. You are ranked 4th.

    That means there are only about 24 searches a day. Being 4th, you will get maybe 1-2 visitors a day.

    You need to find better keywords.

    I would like to say,this is not necessary if your website has rank on first page and you ll get huge traffic.Traffic and sale depends upon quality of your website content and services which you are offering.So try to do some work on content of your website and also improve site navigation and other part of your website.

      Ranking on the first page for a phrase that nobody searches for will not get you huge traffic. I can rank #1 on Google for "big purple-headed, veiny, mushroom shaped dolphins", but that doesn't mean I am going to get any visitors.

      Unless there is a big market for "big purple-headed, veiny, mushroom shaped dolphins" that I was unaware of.

        there is a HUGE market for big blue-headed, veiny, mushroom shaped dolphins...but i don't think there is for purple-headed

    Natural Anti aging gets 4400 monthly searches. And I am ranking 4th for that keyword. 2nd for Miracle Lift which as you said only gets 720 monthly searches. Seems like I have lost the ranking for the third keyword Natural skin care which gets around 40K monthly searches.

      Sorry. I've made this mistake in the past too, but you are looking at the "phrase match" not "exact match". Exact match, that keyword gets 720 searches a month... In other words, no traffic.

      Miracle lift only gets 170 searches and natural skin only gets 880.

    It has been said that the website listed #1 on Google gets 43% of clicks. The 2nd listed gets about 8%. The 3rd about 3%, and so on. If you're #10 on the first page....you're probably not going to get a lot of clicks.

    It has nothing to do with your ranking, but it does have to do with your keywords.

    Low volume searches = low volume traffice = no clicks/revenue.
