Link A and B have the exact same URL.

Link A is on 100 PR1 websites and gets clicked 0 times in a day.

Link B is on 1 PR1 website and gets clicked 100 times in a day.

Which link is more valuable?

Link A is more valuable...

Google doesn't really care how much traffic a link sends to your site, more PR1 links is better even if they send no traffic

  This just doesn't sound right. Are you sure Google doesn't even consider how much traffic a link sends to your website?
