Adsense post irrelevant ads

Now I currently have 2 sites and this week adsense ads start to mix up ads between those sites. it's never happen before. I use separate ads unit, also use "Show blank space" option for backup ads in every unit. anyone could help?

  • These loopholes of absence are now clearly coming.. mixing of the niches and improper ad placement is getting common.. i thing google need to look towards it..
