Should I Try Making A Higher Adsense Profit?

I know there's a million threads on this stuff, and that every site is different, but just wanted some opinions. I'm getting about 8.5k visitors to my site, and am using adsense on all of my non-product review articles. My CTR is .5-1% and I'm getting about $30 a month. IMO, I think I should be making more with the amount of traffic I'm getting. I've tried changing ad types, locations, colors, and now I'm almost back to where I started... 4-link block on the top left of articles, and an image block in the middle of articles. Is there anything I can do to increase the ratio, or do I just keep writing content? Thanks.

  • You need more sites. That is what I have figured out. If you were amazon.com then I would expect you to have more clicks. ......stop killing yourself build more sites. Related or unrelated. Use the same formula.
    20new sites a month.....until you have at least 100

thats about $3000 a month. That might pay a bill
