Coolest Design for my Blog

Hi warriors, I need to come up with a good design for my blog. I don't think it looks very good. I want advice on color scheme, design and also how I can make the adsence ads blend with the rest of the blog. Any advice on the content as a whole would also be greatly appreciated. Here is my blog

    You really need to sort out the spacing in your main and side section to your site. There is too much blank space around the adsense units while your main content is packed together.
    Also, the text in your impact banner area runs onto two lines. Try to make this area a consistent width to the main body section of your site.
    Finally, I would suggest adding padding around your images so the text doesn't bunch up with the images as much as it currently does.
    I'm sure there are plenty of adsense experts in here who will offer some good advice for the blending of the ads.

    i would pick a completely different theme, but if you want to stay with your current theme i would create a logo or some sort of banner at the least

    I am sure you will not be designing the theme yourself. There are plenty of free themes available online to download and use for free really. This should help you spice up your blog.

    You need a clean looking theme for a higher CTR.
