Good day if I register a domain with hyphens in do I have to use the hyphens in the copy on my blog? Also if people do a search for these letters in Google would they still include my domain even though it is made up with hyphens and the search query I imagine would not have the hyphens? Thanks people

Example:-

jasonsaggs.com

Jasonsaggs really enjoys winding up his mates and family. Jasonsaggs friends say he is nuts. Jasonsaggs family have given up.

Example 2

jason-saggs.com

Jason-saggs really enjoys winding up his mates and family. Jason-saggs friends say he is nuts. Jason-saggs family have given up.

No you don't need to use the hyphens in your copy. Simple. No harm if you do but no need to.

I agree. You don't need to use hyphens in your domain name. It will still depend on how you work for your website. Hyphens has nothing to do with the ranking of your site.

    Hey saggsee,

I sincerely think that your site would be showed up on google search result.. regardless of whether a domain with hyphens or not.. there are tons of examples where it can be seen hyphens-made domain name getting top rankings in google. Don´t worry about it!!
