What's link wheels, magnets, pyramids and mountains etc in terms of SEO?

Which one is the most effective of all?

They're all somewhat gimmicky methods. That said, the pyramid is probably the best, but even then it can be discovered under manual review. I'd honestly just focus on building a diverse link portfolio. Build backlinks to some of your backlinks, but make sure to keep it all mixed up and natural looking.

Trying to game the system will usually not yield good long term results.

So all of the above methods are KINDA blackhat??
I thought they are legit ways of getting good link juice backlinks !!

Can you please briefly mention how they are structured?

IMO, I don't do link schemes. It's too risky. Google wants a naturally diverse link profile. I just give them what they want and I rank well. May cost more overall and take more time, but my sites will never be penalized or drop in rankings from an algo shift.
