Hi,

- can Google remove this content on basis of complaining its an outdated result.
- what can be other way (black or white) to remove this result.

Thank you

  • I can only think of contacting the host/webmaster of the site the info appears on. I don't think Google will do anything about it.
  • Why would Google remove it? Because it is outdated? Really? So they should start removing all pages over a certain age from their index?

There is really no way to remove something like that just because you (or your friend) does not like what the page says. You can contact the owner of the website but chances are that will not get you very far. The only thing you really can do is move the offending site off the first page by ranking sites above it. This is called reputation management and usually takes quite a bit of work and is fairly expensive. I have done it a couple of times for clients and it can be a pretty long term project depending on where the offending site ranks and how competitive the name is.

    Good luck...

    • Thank you,
this is what I am too planning. Creating new small pages & profile on Social sites and then bookmarking them so that they can rank before. The Name is not competitive so I think it will be easy for me.
  • I got worried about my website earlier because there were some sort of errors on my site content and was in need of some expert advice. Finally I got to relax after I took advice from Pictoguard.com, they told me the correct way to remove content from Google search. Thanks A lot Pictoguard

    • One post... and it's about Pictoguard lol
  • Best (easy) way is to contact first the owner of the site and request for content removal. If you have not heard from him, I agree with Arvolund. You need to do reputation management. Profile creation can be a good start. You may also consider doing press releases. Most paid press release sites are high ranking sites and they can very well rank on the top pages. Good luck!
