Should I buy traffic from getwebsitetraffic

I am experimenting with CPA. I have watched the PPC part of Quantumm CPA and have read everything in the War Room I could find. Is getwebsitetraffic (org) and good site to buy from. How about trekadvertising (com)

Can anyone tell me about these two. Or possibly make a better recommendation. I have never paid for traffic before. So I don't know anything.

Is anyone willing to help with a review or recommendation

    It really depends on the CPA offer your are trying to promote. Some need really targeted traffic, whereas other more general ones will convert from the traffic delivered from these places.
