Why Build my rank PINGBACK TO ME

i found alot of pingback from BMR network that they posted my content

and their comback to my site and comment with pingback


do i need to approve them ? what i get if i approved becuase

on their blog already send the link to me

    These are good in a way ...

    What you want to do here is visit these linked from sites, where your BMR article is. Take the URLs of thses and go off and get them boosted.

    So you want to go ping, bookmark and create RSS feeds from these and submit them. So go boost your backlinks and they will have more strength as a backlink to you. Many people never do these simple steps, but do not relaise the power there is in doing this, plus it only takes you minutes to do this.

    Then I personally record these URLs, then delete the pingbacks.

      But, Do bmr ban me? If i do something with their blogs.

      I mean like a ping or submit them like u said. (via automations,software)

      for software i think ill do a bit and dont let that pose get sandboxed

      any suggestion to do with those link?

        No they won't ban you, its a strategy that many of us employ already to build additional indexing rates for our posts and harness that linkjuice back to our money sites.

        If you don't have the tools or resources to build links to your posts you can use services like Fiverr to get links to your posts.

        Remember, link to your POSTS and not the blog homepage of the BMR blog.
