I offer homework help in accounting and IT. Now I have tried many ways like google keyword tool but everytime I go there, I get confused with so many numbers . Can anyone help me to find the relevant keywords. It will be appreciable.

Take a look at Market Samurai. They even have a free trial offer and you can watch their tutorials and learn everything you ever wanted to know about keyword research without buying anything. Don't get confused, just learn some basics to help you stay above the water, then build upon that.

This is what most gurus will tell you:
Find a keyword with lots of monthly searches
Choose ones with high CPC.

Keyword research requires a ton more research involved since it is the absolute most important part whether you fail or succeed when building websites. You either rank highly and make no money or it's too difficult to rank for and you still never make any money.

Use the Google keyword tool to find a list of keywords, set it to exact not broad.

Check the allintitle and allinurl of keywords in quotes. Check your first page competition by using market samurai or free tools like Traffic Travis, personally i prefer traffic travis over market samurai, since it's a lot more user friendly, and free as well.

Check whether or not your keywords are being searched consistently every month by looking at the local trends.
