Build my rank service VS article directory's / submission

I'm thinking of joining the BMR network in the coming month having heard nothing but good things about the results. My question is........

BMR state to publish article/link on sites of PR1-7

looking at some article sites (ezinearticles, article base ETC) some have articles on PR7 pages and I have had good acceptence rates in posting to these sites in the past......

Question is.....is BMR rank better than manually posting articles to the better article directory's, and why??????

    No reason you can't do both, but BMR links are way more powerful, and super-easy to make. I can post a BMR article in about 2 minutes most of the time. I think they have a free trial where you can get 10 links if you want to try them out.

    ok sounds good....... sounds like the BMR articles specially being 150 or 300 words are easier to create and manage, just thought the PR7 of a other articles directory's on a 600 word article maybe better than a PR2 of BMR????
