I dont really understand your question that well ....i would say place... 4-5 lines of products with 3-4 products per line ...and i would seo the category rather than doing seo for the products.... you can seo the products...but in order to do this effectively... you have to seo this www.yoursite.com/electronics/productname ...you add h1 tag ,make sure the keyword is in the url and all the rest...

I would not advise you to put all the products on a single page of the site. Creating separate page for each product with complete info including all features, pics, reviews, benefits etc. is always a better idea as it will give you an opportunity to optimize each product for its relevant keywords. It is good from user perspective as well.
