Has anyone been banned from Adsense?

How likely is it to get banned from Adsense if you accidentally clicked your own ad? My friend also clicked my ads 3 times (without me knowing) and I'm wondering if big G will count that as Spam.

I haven't used any free traffic generators or encouraged any clicks but these two issues are making me worried. I also went from a page RPM of $0.01 to $55.61 in a span of 3 days

If you have had your adsense account banned before, would you like to share with us what exactly it was that got the account banned and if they're is any way to sign up with a different user name or other program?

  • How is that spam? It's dumb, that's for sure. That's why you
    don't tell friends about your adsense sites.

    I have clicked my ads several times. It's no big deal. Unless you
    do it dozens of times a day. Once a week, no problem. Google
    tells you not to worry about accidental clicks.

    Your friend is the biggest worry. 3 clicks from the same person
    is not inherently bad. But 30 clicks from the same person would be.

    Who has been banned from adsense? Well, 99% of adsense users
    keep their accounts. The other 1% have been members of the WF.
    You won't get any answers. Like the prison population, they all
    claim innocence.

  • Yeah, I've accidentally clicked my own ads a few times in the past, and nothing has happened to me either.
