My Domain Banned By Google

That's a little surprising to hear, usually they will just disregard obvious bought links, since Google is aware they could have been commissioned by a competetor looking to torpedo your business.

Usually when it is an onsite offense, like cloaking they have some appeal process in which you resubmit your site when your are sure the offensive part has been excised.

I don't know how you can undo external links and make it right.

Did you get an official notification from Google? or did it just vanish from the SERPs

Are you sure you're "banned" and that you haven't just lost your rankings?

Does anything show up when you do a "site:mydomain.com" in Google?

It's called google sandbox en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandbox_effect
You might have hired someone on fivver to do backlinking and he/she did spam. You can't do anything about it but to wait till your website is indexed again by google. try to check after 3 months.

  The good news is that Google doesn't ban domains. However, they do remove some websites from their index if they are violating Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
  
  If you have been de-indexed then all you need to do is correct the violation(s) and request reconsideration.

  Yeah, that's the problem, a lot of folks never bother to learn the guidelines so they haven't a clue what is wrong when the get yanked from the index.
  
  And then there are the folks that really like to push the limits on everything, and when they find themselves too far over the line they have no idea which of the lines they went too far over.

  Do a simple site:yourdomain.com and see if any of your pages are listed in Google. You might just have lost temp ranking.

Just search site:yourdomain.com in google. If G shows your pages indexed than just add some good content to your site and build some good back links. It usually takes 7days to 3 months to come back in this case.

your probably not banned your either bouncing around or got de indexed. if you are still indexed continue to build quality links, if you are de index you might just want to move on to a new site.
what kind of gigs did you buy? you dont have to say the name of the provider?how old was your site? lots of factors can be the reason why this happened

I dont think you are banned from Google. Google is acting like a madman these days and the SERPs are all a mess.

I have some clients saying exactly what you were saying and in 7 days the website just comes back.

I think the Panda update did not clear out any mess, just made SEO more of a nightmare because this update still puts crap sites at the top at times.

We never heard back from you, did you do a site:url.com check in Google? Do you see your site when you do that?

If so you haven't been banned. Chances are you are experiencing a Google dance as a result of the backlinks that you bought off of Fiverr.

What kinda links did you buy?
