Currently, I have no images on my site. It's only a month old, and I haven't got around to making one yet. Will adding an image to my site and adding the keyword tag noticeably boost my SERP?

Also, can anybody tell me where I could safely use images on my website without worrying about copyright infringement? I would really appreciate it.
