Best Social Bookmarking Service?

SocialADR is about the best I have seen.

The fact that your sites are bookmarked by hundred of different people on a consistent basis is very effective, especially with Google taking more notice of social signals.

You really need to use their paid services to get the most out of them and have it all done for you.

I have 4 $120/month accounts that I use as a value-add to my SEO clients, highly recommended.

Okay, I think I'm going to give the $17/month account a shot. As far as I understand, it will allow me to do 10 bookmarks, which should be plenty for me to see the effectiveness of the program, and then maybe upgrade.

Yeah - I can't say enough good things about SocialADR. It's been very effective for me and my websites. Plus, its super simple to use. I usually just buy submission credits as I go. Works easiest for me.

Ya, that's definitely something I will consider. That way I can really start out small ($7) and see how well it really does.

If it works as good as I think it may, it would be well worth the $120/month fee, if I need to use it a lot.

+1 Here. using the same services. Not sure how effective they are coz I just add them to the mix but its certainly creating backlinks and the way socialADR does it is the most natural (ie from actual user accounts)

You can also use Social Monkee which is free service , gives you 25 do follow social bookmarks each day to any URL you provide.You have to submit a URL's manually but there is a firefox add-on to help automate it and it lets you spin Titles, Descriptions and Tags to help make each submission unique.

After reading reviews about Socialadr i can't resist to register an account mainly to test the waters. Just as Blake said, i am also not getting much benefit from Social bookmarking but after reading reviews from dadamson and bhuff85 i think it won't be a wise decision to skip this thread and move to another one without signing up for Socialadr.

I use some services to distribute automatically every update in several social bookmarking and social networks sites.

Combine feeds with Yahoo Pipes and use Ping.fm + Onlywire + HelloTxt to submit updates to Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Reddit, Folkd, Delicious, Identica, etc.

In addition I'm looking for a subscription service which submit a large number of updates to several social sites automatically in order to share and power backlinks.

That's exactly what we do for our customers. We manually bookmark their websites on the social bookmarking sites and they are all very happy with the results.

Most of our customers come back with more orders and many of them are already on the 1st page of the search engines for their keywords.

And now, IMAutomator only accepts english sites too

2. My pages always get indexed super-fast

BMD can be buggy and complicated, depends on the updates.

As for web based services, they are great if you have an automated way to create accounts in the first place, as many require you to submit existing accounts into their system.

Not sure why but I posted a new topic yesterday asking about how to set-up BMD, but it got deleted for some reason.

I am not having too much success using it myself. What with the failure of setting up accounts plus then the failure of bookmarks being submitted, at the end only about 20 - 30 bookmarks get through. I am not using it as a spam tool at all, I am only submitting 1 to 2 links a day.

I just wanted a guide for setting it up properly. If you was staring afresh with BMD how would you set it up?

Blake, I would say there are some social bookmarks sites can drive wonderful traffic like Stumbleupon (You have to get bookmark and ping your bookmark) - However, I am not sure whether that is target traffic, For an example, one of my client is getting about 80+ visitors from Stumbleupon so far for a week, but still no sales (Yes, he is selling amzon products)

SocialAdr is a massive waste of time. It might be effective but are you serious? I am a business man I am not going to spend my time clicking through bookmarks.

And I am a bit scared to try the paid service. I cannot understand what work I will need to do on the "lazy" option.

Yep stumble visitors don't stay long, most just keep stumbling.

80+ visitors is not much to be honest. i have some articles that have 20,000 + visitors but still it makes hardly any difference to my earnings.
