Display photo in google SERPs

Someone tell that how can I display a Photo in google SERP. I tried a bit but couldn't find a good solution........
So, if any one know
If you need an example then you can see Mattcuts blog on SERP, I just want like that

  • I posted to my blog the exact steps to this. But basically you need the following:

    - Google profile
    - About me page linking to your Google profile with rel="me" tag.
    - Link from your posts to your "about me" page with rel="author" tag

    You also need to add the url to your "about me" page to Google profile
    and mark that it's specifically about you.

    I need a little bit more help, I can't find how to add from google profile to my about me page?
    You mean that general links which we add in our profile?
    Or is it some other link?
