I have 15 of these to give out. These must be used with a new adwords account, and must be registered within 2 weeks of opening that new account.

You must be located in the US or Canada. Coupons may only be used for accounts in US or Canada

I am out of coupons for the moment, and have requested more from Google. Hope to have more ASAP, but it's up to Google. If you already have a coupon, register it as soon as possible.

  There is a limit of one per account. Also, I need you to state that you are in the US or Canada to be able to use the coupon. You won't be able to use it if you aren't. I won't knowingly help someone commit fraud against Google and lose my access to the coupons.
  
  So, if you have not received a coupon by PM yet, repost and state if you are in the US or Canada.

  Well then, adwords did its job. If sales didn't happen, then the ads weren't targeted correctly, or your website doesn't convert well.
