I have 15 of these to give out. These must be used with a new adwords account, and must be registered within 2 weeks of opening that new account.

You must be located in the US or Canada. Coupons may only be used for accounts in US or Canada

  There is a limit of one per account. Also, I need you to state that you are in the US or Canada to be able to use the coupon. You won't be able to use it if you aren't. I won't knowingly help someone commit fraud against Google and lose my access to the coupons.
