Hub-Page & LiveJournal Question

I know that Hub-Page & LiveJournal are the sites with good PR, there are many people do blog with those. But, I recently noticed that LiveJournal offers NOFOLLOW links and I am not sure about Hub-Page (Is it giving DOFOLLOW?:confused, So, what is the point of including such NOFOLLOW link on a link wheel, as Matt Cutts clearly said that NOFOLLOW links will not be followed but for referral traffic that is fine.

What do you think warriors?

I only use dofollow web 2.0 for link wheel, you can easily find out many dofollow we 2.0

livejournal was dofollow before June.

Most of the sites which is of good reputation in Google, give nofollow links but by this you can get good traffic and can find other dofollow sources.
