Google Local Citations Question

Quick question for you all, when you take on a local client that has a POOR google local title name (ie: just their business name, but no keywords)

BUT they've got 20-30 decent citations already

Do you CHANGE the title to add your keywords, or leave it the same?

Basically, will CHANGING the title to update & improve it discount any previous citations they had acquired due to the listing title name changing?

Thanks

  • nobody?
  • Well including your keyword in the title and description will help and will also capture queries that would other wise go un noticed. Leave the main theme as it is and just do
little tweeks so that you can see the changes that take place.
