I have been getting visitors to my site primarily by regular search engine results.

I've recently started considering getting involved in PPC traffic. I really have no idea where to begin.

where do you go to buy ads, what is a good price per click to target, can you kill a campaign if it excedes your desired budget?

I am very interested in doing this but i have no real idea where to begin and what to avoid
