Second: About articles, if i have 100 websites for article submitting do i need 100 uniqe articles for 100 or 20 or 10 keywords that i go after, or i can use same. And also does those articles needs to be on my site as well and how that effects google.
If i have more questions i will know where to ask

        You have much to learn.

Find good keywords is pretty vague. a 4 month old website, is pretty vague.

about the articles.. if you submit to 100 sites for backlinks, you would be best to use a spun article or 100 different articles.

Spinning an article is obviously much easier than writing 100 different articles.

First of all, you need a set of root keywords, you can do that by studying Amazon search and Amazon Book's Table of Content, you'll find many root keyword ideas there.

After that, visit some related blogs and forums, try to find the problem & solution people who are looking for.

Use these keywords to expand them into long tail keywords using Google suggest scraper like Super Suggestor or my favorite Keyword Sniper Pro...

Collect these long tail keywords and send them into market samurai, check for the exact match traffic and the search competition, pick those keywords that you think you can easily rank high for.

If you're looking for keywords for your website, choose what is relevant and closest to your niche. Always go for link building whenever you submit articles to different sites. This will help your website.

There are no "perfect keywords." The perfect ones are the one you've tried and tested. You must know how much you spend to rank those keywords and how much they generate income for you per month. If the profit is there and you like it, then it is perfect

For the articles, you need to go FAT with your site. Don't build thin affiliate sites, especially on the post Panda and Penguin era. Vary your keywords choice and anchor text when backlinking and you'll be good to go.

    1. You can use Google keyword tool to analyze which keyword would be best for you. Check for the competition, global searches etc. For rankign them do onpage and link building on high quality dofollow websites.
    2. Submitting same article on hundreds of directories is a bad idea. You should instead use less amount of directories which gets more of your target audience.

Select keywords based on your website's theme and implement them in your website as per searches on them. you can check searches on keywords and keywords suggestions at Google adwards keywords tool. Submit a single article to 5-10 article directories only and if you spin the article before submission would be much better for building a good back link portfolio
