""Apply"" for AdSense???

I have an AdSense account but I can not remember if I have "applied" to get it.
Maybe it's just my bad memory and I don't remember correctly, but, as far as I remember, my AdSense was activated by pushing a button on my Blogger.com blog.
And that was it.

I have received a few clicks on ads through this blog and I can see revenue in my AdSense control panel.
I already have code from this AdSense account slapped on one of my web sites and it displays OK.

Now I am trying to start a Micro Niche site Empire and I was wondering: is my AdSense account legit and could I use it with my Micro Niche web sites?
I mean, should I re-apply for each new site I build and intend to use AdSense on?

I am asking this because I frequently see topics related to AdSense applications to pop up on this forum and I was wondering why are people making so much noise about it? It's just a button on Blogger.

    It used to be so simple as to just apply through blogger, but Google is much stricter now with approving publishers. I assume you have had you account for years. You should be good to go, you do not have to apply for each new site, once you have the account you can use it on as many sites as you like. Just stay within their guidelines.

    If you have an existing adsense account then you can use that account with all websites and blogs. With blogger, you are right, it is just a click of a button, you can do the same with HubPages now too. With a website you have to change the A record C name temporarily so that Google knows you own the website. You can also change the nameservers too which is what Google recommends, but I wouldn't do it that way. When you get your site going submit it to your adsense account tell your hosting provider to change the A record and C name to the information provide by Google, your site may go done for a little while, but do not worry, once Google has validated the account, call your hosting provider and tell them to change the A record and Cname back to the original way. And then you are done. Adsense should be good to go on your website.

    You can use your existing adsense account you just have to visit your adsense page and create a new code for the new site where you are to place Adsense.
