Twitter is definitely cracking down. Almost all my accounts are getting banned. Anyone else losing accounts?

What exactly are they cracking down on? Why are you getting banned?

Technically you are supposed to have only one account. I have
several, each one tied to a dot com.

If you spam links a lot, you will be reported as a spammer.

And when I say a lot, I'm talking multiple ones daily.

Once or twice a day is enough.

And make some tweets without links.

Remember, twitter was never meant for spammers, er.., link blasting,
but a short update on social stuff.

I have a couple of twitter accounts too and each talks about different things.

I use the tweettank to intersperse advertising (I uh, mean, sharing of information) with clever quotes and boring updates about what I'm doing that nobody cares about. (I, uh, mean, social updates.)

I had a few accounts that I actually used, but also had some feeds hooked up to them. I'm assuming thats what it was

Just getting started with Twitter. I have not had any problems yet with multiple accounts linked to my websites. But I will accept the heads up and add additional tweets to the auto submit tweets.

        Might be.

When I first started on twitter, I got a few accounts and a few thousand
followers. Then log in one day and bam! They were all marked as spam or
something and the accounts were locked. later that day, twitter came
out with some excuse that they "accidentally" blocked all accounts tied
to a 3rd party service. I can't even remember the service it was so long
ago. They said they goofed. I got them all back and vowed to delete any
and all 3rd party twitter crap, and NEVER use a 3rd party service. I think
twitter has since bought some out.

I just purchased TweetAdder to manage twitter updates. You can control the max number of tweets per day but it doesn' t appear to retain the settings right away. Its a great program but I'm a little concerned that it was not respecting the "max" number of tweets. Anyone have any suggestions?
