i came across this.
Link Exchange. Free Link Exchange Directory.

have no idea about it. seemed interesting, and old school.

any way, website says its free. maybe someone with a low budget can use it, or a back link master can tell us why its a bad idea

i do software and training stuff, so we do back links the old fashioned way
... we let them come to us. Its slow but solid

  • Try it and see. Ugly website.

Link exchanges work kind of, but to get any real results you have to do a lot of exchanges, and by then you'll be linking out to so many sites that things will be a mess. Plus you'll have to watch the other websites you exchange with to make sure they don't remove your link, which can be time consuming.

Try getting a couple of the higher rated link packages from Fiverr dot com.
  • The search engines prefer one-way links. We all the changes they make to their algorithms, especially Google, I wouldn't even go there.
