Is Google Moderating SERP's?

Day by Day my all sites are getting penalized without any reason. My sites have good quality of content and a big site. When my site come on 1st page in few keywords Google Penalize my site and my site rank goes to 5-6 or 7th page of SERP's.

I am sure that Google Moderate SERP's

Today, before few hours 6 websites got same penalty even i am not working on them and those websites had good ranked on SE and now in under 5 or 6 page. for example - one of my website is "airticketscheap.in"

what type of penalty is this. I am fed up with this. my all business going down and down.

  • Google does not moderate SERPs, but they do de-index sites or change
    things that cause problems.

    They really could care less about you and your site, and where it appears
    in SERPS. They have better things to do.

    Google stop it now? That's ridiculous.

    Get over yourself. They owe you nothing just because you think
    you have the best site on the planet.

    • Looking at your backlinks, you have some decent ones, but the majority of your backlinks are all coming from about 5 domains.

      Most are BlogRoll links. Very few links in any kind of context.

      You have forum signature links that are not coded correctly and are showing up as just text and not a hyperlink.

      And your site is about 8 months old in what most people would probably say is a pretty competitive niche. Most competitors have thousands of links and are sites that are 10+ years old.


      Google is most definitely not moderating your site. They could care less about you and your site. They have billions upon billions of indexed webpages. They do not have the time or manpower to seek out every little individual webmaster and make their life miserable.

    • I suggest that Not Stopped to make Good Back links.. Generally People Stopped When These Type of things happened.. But

      Please don't Stop to make Good back links. and your site Will back at their initial stage.

  • Also keep in mind that google does juggles the listing here there, people falling off others picking up, so on....
  • Moderating the SERPS would be a titanic work. I believe not even Google will do something as extreme as that.

    Internal link building is also a big reason for being penalised. Check this page airticketscheap .in airports-in-india.html ... there are more than 10 internal links and all seem to be low quality and there may be many more such pages on your website.

    Gone are the days when JUST LINK BUILDING would get QUICK results. You have to be very particular when you are creating link (stop building, quality is the key).

    Many sites have been affected recently in India (around 23rd or 24th August.... exactly 6 months after the Panda Update.

    Some of them have been really famous with huge traffic. Incase you wish to check...list is given below.

  • Google does moderate the SERPs from highly prized keywords: ie web hosting, seo, etc.

    Most likely you are encountering a link building penalty because your link velocity is too high...ie too many forum profile links/spam or else you aren't varying your anchor text enough.

  • I don't think you are being penalized. Probably just the Google Dance. Do a high quality press release to score some links from well-trusted quality sources. That should settle your site dance down quite a bit.
  • Does your site provide the best, most relevant information for a given search term?
    Do you have many quality and original content? and if you do do you regularly update it?
    Do you have lots of quality links?
    Are you performing great on page and off-page SEO?

    These are just some of the basic quastions you need to ask yourself first before you go about whining
  • Maybe your website's contents are quality, but not your backlinks. Try to catch up.
