Please help me with my landing page

Hi,

I am doing adwords and I am trying to give away free "blogging traffic videos" to build my optin list.

I need help with my head line and content to improve my conversions. My head line sucks and I'm not getting ideas on how to put it. I am not a very bad copywriter though, as my other pages are doing ok.
My optin rate is very very poor on this page.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I do not mind paying for a decent headline that converts well.

    A sample video of what they are getting might really help....You could also host it on Youtube to possibly get a little incoming traffic that way too.

      From my experience and that of many others we have found that really short pages work best when the purpose is to generate leads or a free product offer.

      I would create a first paragraph that sums up the problem your videos help to solve. List about five bullets of what the emotional benefit is of using your videos and then a single paragraph as to why they should use YOUR videos, something that quantifies your unique qualifications. Then you just need one form, not two.

      For leads or free offers, shorter will convert much better.

      Your headline could use some work. Maybe "Get Instant Blog Traffic" with a sub headline that says: "Free videos show you how"

      Come up with several variations and split test them to see which works best. Small changes often bring big results.

      I think the color of your headline is terrible. try a little darker color and it will pop a little more on your white background.
