WP question: Putting all categories posts into 1 page?

I am having difficulty putting all my posts (from 10 categories) into 1 page. Tried a few couple plugins but they dont seem to work or maybe the ones I picked arent great.

Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

    wow this seems quite complicated.
    i am surprise such simple request/feature doesnt come with WP?
    I have seen other blogs doing this, so I assume it should be quite basic?
