So right now I have a ton of articles that are not seeing the light of day with google. How do you get your articles indexed? I am trying social bookmarking. The only problem is how time consuming it is.

If your article is not seen from your blog. Submit to popular article directories like Ezine and put a backlink at your author profile so that you can bring some traffic to your site to read the remaining article.

If your articles are of good quality you should have submitted it ezinearticles.com. They are high priority in Google..

I heard ezinearticles has been punished by Panda. I am not sure if it is still effective posting in this directory. Well, it is worth a try.

the panda update did hit EZA and most other article directories, but i find it very strange that the OP has posted several articles to several directories and they are not being indexed by google. thats not normal.

did you post these articles on your site or blog first?

You are almost certaintly wasting you time publishing to any directory other than Ezine Articles.

The Panda/Farmer algorithm update made it necessary for Ezine Articles to weed out and get rid of all the trash articles it had been accepting. Quality articles remain unhindered and are doing better than ever. Webmasters looking for good, niche specific content for their websites are now finding it easier to locate what they want because they no longer need to wade through a proliferation of rubbish. Hence, it's now easier to write high quality content and have it picked up for syndication.

The key however, is to write to inform, NOT to sell...

Are the articles 100% unique? Are they on a "spammy" topic? i.e. what Google thinks is spammy

Ping all your article URL's, and submit your author RSS feed to RSS directories.

How do you ping an article? I tried a search, but I couldn't find a way to do it.

Just goto www.pingdevice.com then paste all your article URL's into the box, then click Start.

Take a few sentences or a short paragraph from one of your articles and paste it into Google search. See what shows up.
If the articles are new, that is a possible reason. If the keywords in the article are high competition keywords your articles may never rank. I imagine your articles are indexed, but like some of mine, are on page 80 or 90 of the serp. It happens sometimes, that's why were not always on page one.
