Ways To Get High Quality Backlinks Instantly

What are the best ways of getting backlinks for free . Especially do follow links
I heard that google panda dose not approve the old back linking techniques like
Social bookmarking and directory submission, google only likes one way linking.
So my question is , dose some one like to tell me the best way from where I could take free do follow back links for my site which really works according to new rules of google panda.
If any SEO export knows how to submit these links properly, that It looks real and remains for long time.

  • Social bookmarking and directory submissions still work, they just shouldn't be anything you rely on.

    I use social bookmarking to get my sites indexed, then I will start with article marketing, blog comments, MAYBE a few high quality directories and then a few forum profiles.

    All of those are good for a diverse link portfolio but the best, highest quality links will be contextual links from either guest posts on other blogs or private blog networks.

    Beware of buying backlinks from spammy sources such as 10,000 blog comments, in my experience not a good idea.
  • Manual blog commenting on posts with PR. (Not just domain PR, but the PR of the post itself.)

    Also, there's nothing wrong with linking to your 2nd / 3rd tier backlinks with lower quality Scrapebox blasts, etc. But you want to be sure that anything linking directly to your main site is a quality backlink.
  • If you are aiming for real quality backlinks for your website - then you cannot get it instantly. It takes time to really get one heck of strong backlinks for your website.

    You can always do forum posts and blog comments on related and relevant sites. Article submission also works a lot especially if you create quality and unique article - not just spun articles.

    Social bookmarking sites mostly drive traffic to your website -and for your pages to be indexed as well as your new pages.

    Link exchanges on (again) relevant and related sites if given of high value by Google too.

      Use Always Unique Content.
  • Google panda have change nothing regarding the backlink, it major on kicking those duplicate content or link from content farm or link farm
  • manual commenting is good.also mke comments in high PR websites. you can also read this article for high Pr backlinks link is in my signature
  • Social bookmarking for indexing...then build your links and linkwheels..that's working for me right now! Work hard

      Also Blog comments on high page rank pages are getting indexed pretty fast
