    I think you should try Comment Kahuna for finding blogs for commenting. This is a good tool and hope you will get some good help from it.

      I have Comment Kahuna and it's doing an OK job.
      But it can not search for country-specific blogs.

    what about "the blog finder 3" i think it has a function that let you search for countrys but i only have the demo version which seems to not work to good for me
