Hi

I've been reading the forums for a while and have learned alot, thanks.

One question I have is what is the difference between achieving a higher rank between google.com and google.co.uk

Will getting links on uk websites help rank in google.co.uk and vice versa for google.com

Mainly trying to achieve better ranks for google.co.uk

Thanks for your time.

Ben

    Difference between Google.om and Google.co.uk:

    * Google.com and Google.co.uk are practically same with the only difference being a preference towards area specific sites.
    * It is a practice indulged in by Google to provide better services to its users.
    * Google.com has a suffix .com that denotes commercial version whereas Google.co.uk has a suffix uk that denotes that the user is in UK. For every country there is a specific suffix that is added at the end of Google.com
