Question about blogging on forums.

Iam a member of a couple forums related to my field (carpet cleaning) and these forums allow me to blog on their site. I already post on the forums with anchor text, will blogging with anchor text give me more link juice than posting on these forums? either way they are do-follow, just wondering.

Blogging is not about increasing backlinks, its about improving your credibility in the community.
As far as backlinks are concerned, you will get more backlinks from such forums...

Surely you can get the link juice from the blogging on forums.
But if you would like to have real traffic/conversions ,forum is the good choice its because of the user engagement
