majortraders with all due respect what you just said is essentially a load of rubbish. I have a real estate website selling leads to a local business and I make a decent income off it - best of all it took only two monts to top the results with minimal effort.

Hossainsrj, have you been targeting a keyword with all of these backlinks? Do you vary anchor text? You may find that adding a good few links with just the URL pointing back to the domain could help. The real estate site I have now stalled at 7th position, I added a few varied backlinks and it flew up to the top 3.

you will have to invest more in building backlinks.
On page seo is the easiest you can do. Just make sure you have your keywords in title/description/keywords tags ,H1, H2, H3 tags, alt tag for pictures, drop some relevant videos. Make sure your content is above 500 words and above 1500 on the homepage.
Build some strong backlinks and forget about forum profiles and spammy blog comments, better use those for tier2 backlinking.
If you have the budget go buy yourself an aged domain with PR4 or above and 301 it to your website, it will give you an extra push up the serps .
I just hope that you did your KW research properly. Make sure its worth the trouble going after those KW.

I've analyzed my website, and it doesn't have 1500 words in it's content and as well as to edit the headings also. May be I need some on page optimization first before starting off page optimization.

Can you please give me some more ideas about "tier2 backlink"s? I'm interested. Is that too costly to achieve?

Thanks to all warrior members for their valuable suggestions. I deeply appreciate.

I suspect somewhere around this statement reveals the problem. Let me share to you a bit of my experience. When I build too much link for a site within a day, I usually end up getting a drop in ranking result. Call it ironic, but it is happening on my end. And what I noticed is that, when I rest for awhile from getting "maximum" backlinks in a day, the ranking is coming back. Also, when I push too much of dofollow backlinks, the same drop happens. When I mixed it up with nofollow commenting, it's speeding up. I guess my experience speaks natural, unplanned, non-patented, very well mixed backlinks matters for gaining boost in rankings.

Home is where the heart is and people will always be concerned for their main source of comfort..homes.

Perform extensive keyword research and from that optimize your content. A smart and optimized piece of content contains the right balance of the keywords throughout. Usually, it should have a keyword density of 2% to 5%.
Of course optimize your web page. Put the keywords in the title, description, and add more keywords in the keywords area. Do not forget to put H1 to H6 using the keywords. Alt Tags must be placed on the images wherever possible.

Also....here are some of today's favorite internet marketing techniques:

    Blogs and share blogs
    Video marketing
    Article marketing
    Social media

As the internet continues to change the way we do business, the Real Estate business are finding massive success through the new opportunities being presented online.

You are targeting real estate niche, no doubt its competitive... I think you should be more concerned with conversions than rankings on the search engines.
Instead of targeting global market, try to rank high in local results.

Optimize your website for targeted geographic location.
    - Get a country specific TLD
    - Set your preferred geographic location in Google webmaster tools
    - Submit your website to local search engines
    - Submit your website to local web directories
    - Get backlinks from target country
    - Get listed on local classified websites
    - Participate in communities that are active in target country
    - Get citations

Panda 2.5 is going to devestate you. Matt Cutts has made videos about not doing article marketing. You've spammed forums, most of them aren't real estate forums I'm assuming. You've put yourself in directories, probably many of them wouldn't even rank for their search terms because they're flagged by the spam team at google. You ditched blog comments - somewhat smart - but you haven't offered to write for other reputable blogs. You haven't contacted other, similar product pages and cross-linked. You've posted in directories, most of which will feature spam.

It's surprising at all that you rank. Try to write some valid content. Get yourself out of crummy directories. And then try to write blogs for realtors, etc that talk about the importance of online real estate websites. Avoid the spammy strategies, which it sounds like you've gone down that road head first.

A million dollar suggestion my friend (I really appreciate). I've recently tracked some ranked websites backlinks, It seems they have own several websites on real estate niche and they used them to direct backlink to their main page. Is that a white hat method? They used lot's of blog may be their own websites.

Is that means Free type of backlinks aren't worth yet? Social bookmark, forum contribution on related niche, blog comments have lose their effectiveness on backlinks. It's the time to create blog network? What do you think my friend?

The best ways to rank high on search engines and get targeted traffic are the following:

Guest Posting: You should write quality articles about real estate (or pay someone else to do it) and ask authority bloggers on your niche to publish them on their blogs in exchange for your links. This is by far the most effective way to get quality backlinks, targeted traffic and establish your self as an expert on your niche.

Blog Commenting: I don't know why you didn't have any success with blog commenting but you should definately try more. You should search for high page rank pages on dofollow blogs on your niche (comment only on relevant to your site blogs) and write some quality comments, If you do this every day by just writing 10comments/day you will certainly see results in rankings and traffic

Video Marketing: Another great way to get quality backlinks and increase your rankings is video marketing, sites with videos rank 53 times easier than sites without videos (This is a Fact) You can just convert articles to videos and submit them on video sharing sites like YouTube including your links to the description. Additionally you can put a dofollow link on your channel page. If your videos are iformative there is a big chance that they will be republished on other sites or blogs so you will get even more backlinks and traffic

      Thank you for your reply.

Yes I'm trying daily to place comment on appropriate page, The main problem is to find the dofollow blogs, It seems quite impossible finding a dofollow real estate blog. Maximum are nofollow attributed!

My friend can you tell me about Forum posting. If I search related Forum and create profile there with regular contribution. Are they useful for search engine ranking. What do you think.

Even nofollow links will help you rank better and most importantly will help you get targeted traffic, even thought I am sure that you can find blogs or posts on business related blogs about real estate, you can comment on blogs about business in general.

About forums, well forums pages usually have low page rank (even warriorforum has only a few pages with more than PR0, I am not counting home and category pages) so there is no reason to spent time on forums for backlinks. Forums are good for traffic and you should only focus on writing informative and helpful posts that might rank on the page one of google and send you even more traffic!

It does sound like on page is holding you back. You need plenty of good content, I usually aim for a minimum of 10k words over about 15 pages or so. Not saying you need this much but it all helps. Then as said above sort out keywords into the title, meta h1's etc.

Whilst your doing this the other links you have built will have time to settle and this can also get things moving again, I stop building for a while once I hit page 1 which can often gain a few places ready for a final push to the top!!!

Once you have done this and ready to start building links again try building some web2.0s manually and then adding some tiers above these. This will push more juice to your site and help increase it's rank.

I dont know about your keyword, but in real estate, when they sell a house, it have a lot of commission. They can spend a small part of it to SEO, buy backlinks. You must examine your competitor's first to see how many back links they have, I guess they will have more than 1k backlinks. You need time and money to beat them if you want to win.

Webmasters have far less control over the "off-page" optimization factors than they do the "on-page" optimization factors. Off-page optimization does, however, influence how a website ranks in search results, so it should not be ignored.
