Ranked 22nd according to Scroogle and Marketing Samurai and No where according to Google.com

Well, I am from India and when I see my site from Google.com I cant see my site anywhere but according to Scroogle it shows 22nd and its the same on Market samurai rank tracker too...

PS: I am targetting US traffic..

If Google.com is worldwide traffic then shouldn't I see my site at the same rank on .Com?

Yes i am logged out of Google....Is it like every country has different search results on Google.com?
