Hi, I am fairly new to all these internet marketing strategies. Been reading up ALOT for the past two weeks and currently testing around keywords and domain names. I understand a good domain is one that consist the keyword. I have two cases and I am not sure what it means or rather its a good or bad thing.

Case 1:
I was researching how good a keyword was and was rather confuse. Note i was using market samurai and google adwords to research. The information I got about keywords mention that if competition (SEOC) was high, than it doesnt make a good niche. However, what i found was, super high competition, but the top 5 pages on google was as impressive. First of all, the banklinks to the top 5 sites was reallly weak. The top 3 have good PR (5-6), not number 3 is wikipedia. And rank 4 and 5 only have a PR of 3. What does this mean? Does this make a good niche to get into or bad?

Case 2:
For example, I want to focus on online "game" or "game" strategy, where "game" could be anything. Both of them have a high volume search and good traffic. Now I combine them to be come online "game" strategy and the traffic becomes low. Does this mean it is bad to have a online"game"strategy.com domain?

I think I understand what you mean, I've combined a few key phrases into domain names. it's fine.

(PS.. make sure you are checking those back links correctly, and make sure you are doing "Exact" search in keyword tool)

Case 2: Yeah you can combine the domain name, so you can rank for online game, game strategy, or online strategy too

Case 1: Do you find any EMD competitor on page 1?

Yes, they have exact main domain or some what close on page 1. Not all of them tho. All sites at least have "game" name on their domain.

      Another question regarding keyword

Case3: Say the keyword I am searching for have super high traffic and super tough competition with tons of banklinks, content and have been around forever. However, NON of them have an EMD. The keyword is mostly in their URL and not their domain name.

Is this a good keyword because no one have an exact domain name or bad because the competition is still insane?

What you do is The Golden rule when it comes to keywords is High searches but low compitition and look for long tailed keywords or phrases.Anything over 2000 searches a month but keep it below 70000 searches a month hope this helps.
