Blog network ; multiple blogs per account ?!

Hello!

When building a blog network on blogger or wordpress for building links to your main site it is better to make a blog per user or a few blogs per user?
or
Making 4-5 blogs per user, all pointing to the same site, will affect your main site rankings ?

  • Here is what I want:

    I want to create 5 accounts on glogger and wordpress; on this 10 accounts I want to create 5 blogs per account (total of 50 blogs) ; all of this blogs will be linked and all of them will point to my main web site.

    The question:

    Does google penalize blog networks with more then 1 blogs per account ?
    In my case; Should I create 50 accounts, one for each blog, or just 10, 5 blogs per account ?
