    • Please get rid of your affiliate link, lol... not allowed.

      Edit:

But yes either one of the following (do a Google search to find the sites):

      ClickBump Theme
      Slick Adsense Theme
      CTR Theme

  • So far my best performing was still CTR Theme as they have the ads rotator function where all ads will be in different pages on each refresh. This helps a lot, especially to prevent banner blindess.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • My vote is for CTR Theme as well. I've been having good success with it.
  • Thank you guys! Is it easy to have my designer put my own header/banner on there? (The CTR site, that is?)

I do like the idea of rotating ads - sounds as if it could help a lot.

    • Hello friends,

I look to build some AdSense sites myself so thank you since this info helped me as well. My strategy is not brilliant or new but I want to upload some AdSense sites on the more "costly" niches....so far I make around $10 a day and that is from affiliate sites that have AdSense ads there as well.

My question is - Is it realistic making $50-$100 per day from AdSense sites? I know of people who make this amount and more....I know it depends on traffic and niche and CTR but still, do you think from 3-5 sites it is possible to make around $50 a day using these themes you've mentioned with AdSense sites?

      Thank you!

  • CTR Theme has worked well for me.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • CTRTheme and Heatmap is good. You can also try CTRBlitz WP Theme from HighCTRTheme.com
Here's the demo : CTRBlitz Demo
There's an option panel on Add New Post page where you can set the placement of Adsense ads for each post.

    • I use CTR Theme as many suggested. It's great for getting more Adsense clicks by visitors.
Otherwise the top can be got with interesting contents, because more time you dedicate to your writings, more you will get in exchange by your visitors.

    • That is actually a very nice looking site! CTRBlitz, that is.

  • I've been looking into these adsense themes myself recently and have come up with the list everyone has been mentioning above.

My question is, do these themes leave footprints??

I know there are a lot of marketers that create great adsense compliant websites but there are also tons who create wafer thin crappy MFA sites and are using these themes. If there is a footprint Google could label all sites using the theme as MFA sites.

So, are there any footprints to speak of?? Are people seeing great ranking success using these themes?

@Dana I know this question will help you too as I know the quality of your work and it would be a real shame if you create a website with high quality content to only have it labeled as MFA spam by the SE's because of the fact that the theme you chose leaves an obvious foot print.

    Food for thought??

    Thanks
    Andy

  • Sorry to break it to you but there is no such thing as an Adsense Optimized Theme.

You can place Ads in ANY theme that will pull results as well or better than any theme claiming to be so.

Example: I use a template on one site that has a 5+% click through rate. The EXACT SAME THEME and colors in a different niche pulls sub 1%.

Think about that for a moment. If it were the "Theme" that was making the click through rate then I would expect similar results on both sites.

I've been using Adsense since 2003 when if first came out over a network of sites. I've tested the he)) out of it using Jon Legers Adsense Gold before Google made it so it would no longer work. I've had millions of impressions.

But if you think the theme matters then go ahead and buy one.

The reality is the Theme is nothing more than a container and what matters is colors, placement, user intentions, and your own ability to find niches that work.

    Good luck.

    • When I say, adsense optimized theme - it's clear that adsense does better in some locations on a website than on other locations. I am looking for themes that are already laid out in such a way that the adsense ads will appear in the best performing locations.

I know that other things will also affect adsense click rates - such as quality of writing, the niche you're in, etc. But I do believe that the location and layout of the Google adsense also makes a difference.

  • CTR theme is the best one. But the seller has been stopped selling at warrior. Support also not good in these days. Don't know the reason!

    • Support is a problem with CTR Theme, check out the thread on the W. I was having trouble with ads showing on my sites with CTR Theme.

      • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • Yes, Seller has closed WSO. He is not responding for emails
    • Yes, I emailed them 3 times regarding a pre-sales question and no answer! Hmmmm. Maybe support will be extinct in the future. But it's on my top 3 and they are:
      ctr theme
      clickbump and heatmaptheme

  • The thing with Adsense is trial and error, then again folks do seem to have some progress with the Bluesense theme
  • im willing to make you a theme, which will be seo friendly and will have ad rotation options...

  • Yes other forums had some of the same comment. I've posted a few times on the support page and haven't heard a thing. Found some additional comments that CTR Theme was for sell on Flippa. Haven't check out that comment myself.
Has anyone else aware of this?

    • I sort of agree with the people saying that the "adense optimized" claim is sort of over-stated.

There are obviously specific positioning that perform the best but it isn't hard to implement these positions on any site. It is more important to choose a theme you like and that you can easily work with. I prefer heatmap theme but that is because I am familiar with it and can get sites up FAST.

I mean, if there truly was a "best" optimized position for adsense, why would all of the optimized themes offer a million different adsense placements?

    • Maybe that is why it works good? I heard about making the copy not to great or complete that way they get bored and click on the adsense!
  • I recommend Atahualpa theme. You can easily create any layout you want with it. It has wide range of stuff you can customize via there theme option without have to touching a single code.

You can just research ctr theme layouts and create similar one with atahualpha.

Did I mention that it's free?
