On the main page someone suggested a brilliant guide to adsense but I was distracted by something and forgot to bookmarket it.

Soooooo can anyone here suggest a guide to adsense for me

so far I have a small box on my sidebar and a plugin that makes sure the ads are relevant to my visitors.

I use clickbank affilate links hidden in the body of my unique high quality content written mostly by me or the guest bloggers.....

I do a few book reviews and use amazon images of the book to sell

I have made 3 sales on clickbank and a couple of pounds on adsense.

I have a free report about to be offered to my opt in to increase the numbers and a ebook that I am going to find an jv for (I hope)

any other advice/feedback about my site or anything else would be much appreciated.
