[FIVERR]50 Dofollow High PR Links - Safe for SEO efforts?

Heyas,

So i was just browsing Fiverr a while ago and found some seo gigs which really interested me. One of which, was offering 50 dofollow high pr links.

I've read around that while high pr dofollow links are good, i should mix it with a variety of nofollow links to seem natural to google. However some people have claimed that dofollow links have improved their serps greatly. What do you guys think? :O

If you search for "high pr backlinks"
The gig is the 2nd one you'll see.
hxxp://fiverr.com/high_pr_backlin/create-200-high-page-rank-backlinks-of-high-authority (Sorry for the hxxp, WF's not allowing me to post links yet. )

What do you guys think?

Thanks so much ^^

It's just 50 links. Variety of dofollow and nofollow is good, but just 50 dofollow links isn't gonna raise a red flag for Google. Don't sweat too much over whether your backlinking is natural. Google will never penalize a site for its backlinks, if it finds suspicious/spammy links, it will just discredit them.

i disagree, even if google won't penalize you, why would you want to buy links or create links that don't count. build in small packages (yes 50 is generally considered pretty small) and work to get the links indexed. now if it were 50 on page PR5 links you added in a day, it could raise a flag...but then again i am sure some of these viral sites/products/pages/videos get some pretty heavy links in a short period.

Everybody should do all SEO work by an ethical way. I don't want to be penalized by google again. Its terrible.

It will be interesting to hear what your results are.

For this gig, do they ensure that you get 50 blog comments which get approved or did they just post 50 blog comments and hope they all get approved?

Also, did they just post generic blog comments or are they proper comments which are relevant to the blog post?

50 backlinks is very small though especially considering not all will get indexed. There's some gigs offering 500 backlinks from blog commenting. I hear that PR isn't as important as it used to be. http://fiverr.com/expertgeek/make-50...or-any-website

Yeap, i ensured that the posts are all there. they were all auto approved.
As for the comments, they were most probably generic comments. You can expect too much for $5 really

Anyways, from what i heard after the recent google update, QUALITY matters a lot more than quantity now. E.g. High pr links from authority sites etc.

Will report back on serp movements soon

Auto approve? Hmm, aren't those the type of blogs which get spammed to death? Doesn't that effect the quality of the backlink.
